1. These terms apply to all Permeet products.
2. Your relationship with Permeet
a. Your use of Permeet’s products, app, services and web sites (referred to collectively as the “Services” in this document is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Permeet. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.
b. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Permeet, your agreement with Permeet will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document.

1. Accepting the Terms
2. In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.
3. You can accept the Terms by:

i. clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by Permeet in the user interface for any Service; or
ii. by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Permeet will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

1. Children's Online Privacy Protection According to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), online service providers must obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. We do not collect or request personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old, do not try to register with the services or send us personal information. If it turns out that we have collected personal information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete it as soon as possible.

1. Basic provisions
2. Registration may be required to use the service. To register, we need your data: phone number, name, date of birth. You promise to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself. You do not have the right to use another person's name when registering or a name that you do not have the right to use. You have no right to transfer your account to other persons.
3. You guarantee that you have reached the age of majority. If not, you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. You will use the services only for your personal use. You cannot use the services for the benefit of a third party. If the services are prohibited for your use by law, you have no right to use the services. We cannot be held responsible for the illegal use of the services.
5. You will not transfer account information, including the authorization code. You are responsible for any actions related to the account.

1. Restrictions that apply to your use of the Services. You represent and warrant that you will not provide content or materials that may:

3. violate intellectual property rights
4. be fraudulent, threatening, obscene, objectionable, misleading
5. open access to your account to others
6. violates the security of a computer network or charges other people's passwords and personal data
7. ”Scans", "cleans” or "spiders” any page

g. Violation of at least one rule prohibits you from continuing to use the service

2. The materials that you post on the platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3. You promise to comply with copyright laws and will not copy, modify, translate, publish, distribute, download, license, sell information and any content that does not belong to you

1. Violation of the rules We reserve the right to remove or hide content that may infringe copyrights or open other people's accounts.

1. Responsibility You are responsible for all actions that you perform while using the platform. Publishing messages, materials on the page, changing profile settings and filling in data, creating, changing, uploading and deleting content, copying information.

1. SMS
2. You can send messages inviting guests to events or notifying them of changes. You can also use SMS to invite contacts to the app.
3. You must get permission from the recipients before you perform actions that lead to sending sms. If you do not have permission from the recipient, you should not send sms through the platform.
4. Carriers are not responsible for any delayed or undelivered messages.

1. Modifications to the service and price
2. Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.
3. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) at any time without prior notice at any time.
4. We are not responsible to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension or termination of the Service.
5. Services are provided after payment. To make a payment, you need to provide credit card information in the payment instrument.
