What can I use Permeet for?
The main usage is of course, planning and hosting events for your friends and family. Whatever the gathering you are having, planning will take at least 8x less time!
But we understand that big events are something that doesn’t come up often - that’s why we designed features to help you in day-to-day life as well! Create and update Wish Lists, Schedule and automatically send Greetings, keep track of all your friends Birthdays, store all the Photos and Videos from your events, or plan quick, spontaneous hangouts - all of those, and even more are possible with just one app!
But we understand that big events are something that doesn’t come up often - that’s why we designed features to help you in day-to-day life as well! Create and update Wish Lists, Schedule and automatically send Greetings, keep track of all your friends Birthdays, store all the Photos and Videos from your events, or plan quick, spontaneous hangouts - all of those, and even more are possible with just one app!

Why do I need to share my phone number to sign up?
For convenience and additional verification.

There might be different reasons for that. First, please check whether:
Your phone number is entered correctly;
The age you set is over 13 years old;
You accepted the Privacy Policy and User Agreement;
Your phone number was never used with Permeet before;
You are using the latest version of Permeet;

What plans does Permeet offer?
We have 2 Subscription plans right now: Optimum and Pro.
Which features are available on Free plan?
Before Subscribing, we offer our users to test out the app completely for Free! Here’s the list of what you can do without the Subscription:
Also, we offer a Free Trial, to check out the whole list of our features, and make sure that we are the app you need! The Trial lasts for 3 days, here you can read more about it:
- Create 2 Instant Meets;
- Create & Share 2 Wish Lists;
- Create 2 Notes;
- Schedule & Send out 2 Greetings;
- Fill out your Birthday calendar;
- Add 2 Photos or Videos to the Media storage.

What does Trial Period offer?
After starting your Trial, you receive immediate access to all our features, depending on which plan you picked. Trial period lasts for 3 days, after which your subscription will come to it’s power and you will officially become a Permeet user.

How do I start my Trial period?
There’s a couple ways to initiate starting your Trial:
Trial period lasts for 3 days, after which your subscription will come to it’s power and you will officially become a Permeet user.
- You will be asked to start it, when you try to use any feature that is not available on Free plan; (read here about which features are available on Free plan)
- You will be asked to start it, when you try to use one of the Free features for the 3rd time (you can try them for Free only twice);
- You can start your Trial manually, at any moment. To do so, go to your Profile (at the top left corner) -> Subscription -> Pick your plan and tap ‘Start Trial’.
Trial period lasts for 3 days, after which your subscription will come to it’s power and you will officially become a Permeet user.

Do guests need to pay for using the app at my event?
No, they do not! Permeet is completely free for all your guests, no matter how many of them you invite. Although, if the number of your guests exceeds 8, we will ask you to pay 1 Permeet coin for every extra person you invite. You can read more about Permeet coins here: линк на блок Permeet coins.
How do I redeem a Promo-code?
Wow, you got a Promo-code from us? Congratulations! To redeem it, you need to go to your Profile (at the top left corner) -> Wallet -> Insert the code & apply. After that, you need to go to the Subscription menu in your Profile and pick your plan. Congratulations - now you are an official Permeet user!

What is a Permeet coin, and why do I need them?
Permeet coins is our in-app currency. You will need them when you invite more than 8 people - every extra guest will cost you exactly 1 coin.
Each coin is worth $1,99, but here are multiple ways to get them. Read this articles to find out how you can buy the coins, or get them for Free:

How do I purchase Permeet coins?
To buy Permeet coins, you need to: go to your Profile (at the top left corner) -> Wallet -> Top up -> select the required number of coins and tap Top up.

How do I get Permeet coins for Free?
The easiest way to get your first coins for Free is to fulfill your Progress bar. When you complete it, you’ll receive 2 coins to use for your Events! Take a look how to do it:
Also, sometimes we give out coins for Free. To get a chance to receive them, all you need to do is share your email with us, and just wait for us to send you one (it won’t take long)!

What happens if I pay for extra guests, but eventually I cancel the event or delete them from the guest list?
If any of those happens, we’ll allocate the coins back to your wallet after the event finishes, or after you cancel it.
Do I need to top up my wallet before the event?
Not necessarily. If you don’t have enough coins to pay for your extra guests, we’ll ask you to top up your wallet before sending the Invitations.

What is an Instant Meet?
What are Instant Meets and why do I need them?
Ever had your evening plans canceled and had no idea what to do? Or maybe you want to hang out with your friends more often, but don’t want to plan anything?
Now, Instant Meet is there to save you! With this feature, going out for any spontaneous activity becomes a breeze. Instant Meet doesn’t involve any planning, and can only be created for either today or tomorrow.
After you create one, your guests immediately get notified and get into Instant Meet chat, where you quickly discuss main details and are ready to go out within minutes!

How do I create an Instant Meet?
To create an Instant Meet and quickly hang out with your friends, you just need to:
Congrats! Your invitation has been sent. When your guests accept it, they will join you in the Instant Meet chat, where you can discuss all the details. We hope you have a great time together!
- On the Main page, tap on Instant Meet button;
- Create your Message, or use one of the suggested options;
- Pick day (Today or Tomorrow) and time (choose from Morning, Afternoon, Evening or Night);
- Choose guests from your Instant Meet list (Learn about Instant Meet list here: link to What is the Instant Meet list?) and tap Push.
Congrats! Your invitation has been sent. When your guests accept it, they will join you in the Instant Meet chat, where you can discuss all the details. We hope you have a great time together!
What is the Instant Meet list?
That’s a list of your easy-going friends, who are always ready to go out with you! You can add anybody to that list, to do so:
Congratulations, now you can invite them to your Instant Meet and have so quality time, with no planning struggles at all!
- On the Main page, tap on Instant Meet button;
- Under Instant Meet list, tap on Plus;
- When the list pops up, tap on Plus in the bottom part of your screen;
- Pick your easy-going friends from the list of your contacts, and Press Save at the top right corner.
Congratulations, now you can invite them to your Instant Meet and have so quality time, with no planning struggles at all!
